The demand for real estate in Croatia continues to be very high. The preferred sites are those in immediate proximity to the sea and with high standards of quality. We then acquire the site and draw up a construction plan oriented to the local regulations and the available area. In this phase, our team of architects designs the first construction plans and 3D visualizations of the properties planned for the site. The integration of the property into the surrounding landscape, design details such as colours, outside facilities, etc and the design of the interiors can be rendered very impressively in the 3D visualization and adapted according to the wishes of the customer.
