Given the steady progress made in the accession negotiations between the EU and Croatia and the fact that that an accession to the EU can be expected by approx. 2013, direct foreign investments in Croatia have risen sharply in recent years. The global financial and economic crisis has, however, had a strong effect on the country, resulting in negative growth in 2009. Nevertheless, the tourism sector, one of the heavyweights of the Croatian economy, is still managing to offer interesting outlooks for investors. Thus, real estate projects in excellent locations in the coastal areas and in the tourism centres can be expected to produce attractive returns in the coming years.
Because we have at our disposal large plots of land in top locations as well as further properties from the tourism sector, we are planning larger-scale real estate projects alongside project development for private real estate buyers and real estate brokerage.
