Valter Kiš Following his training as a stockbroker, Valter Kiš first worked in Zurich, Paris and Luxembourg in the financial services sector.
He has been active as a real estate broker on the Croatian market since 2000, with the initial focus being on properties. On the basis of his experience gained here and the existing network of contacts in Croatia, Valter Kiš specialized in the realization of his own real estate projects in the following years. He is member of the board of directors of the CPA CROATIA-PROPERTY AG and the founder and managing partner of the company Habitat d.o.o., located in Zadar. The company is active in particular in the area of the project planning and construction of holiday homes in Croatia, and acts as a broker for upmarket properties and sites in premium locations. Dr.-Ing. Klaus Kalberlah Dr. Klaus Kalberlah studied electrical engineering and completed a PhD in the area of high frequency technology at the Darmstadt Technical University. Following his studies, he initially worked as a development engineer in space technology in Munich-Ottobrunn. He was subsequently the managing partner of a data systems technology company in Munich. Dr. Klaus Kalberlah has lived in Liechtenstein since 2001 and is active there in the area of financial services and internet marketing. He is the founder and member of the board of directors of the CPA CROATIA-PROPERTY AG in Liechtenstein.
