The company is based on many years of experience of the management, with the aim to offer top quality holiday homes in Croatia to buyers across Europe. Primarily CPA CROATIA-PROPERTY AG plans, builds and markets individual holiday houses and apartments on selected properties in Croatia. Additionally, the range of services includes, the project development and management of real estate projects in tourism and the marketing of properties from third parties. The company has an extensive network of contacts in several countries in Europe. In Croatia CPA CROATIA-PROPERTY AG cooperates with its partner Habitat doo. Habitat d.o.o was founded in 2005 and is located in Zadar. Habitat d.o.o realized its first holiday home projects in Jadrija and Vodice among other places. Approximately 25 residential units had been built by 2009.
The company has extensive experience in the area of project planning, the construction of real estate properties and the solicitation of building permits. It has carried out a number of large projects, including extension and reconstruction of the Catholic School in Sibenik and the design and planning of the Palazzo Galbiani. |
